Web Developer

Just someone who loves sports and creating things for the web.

About

Self-taught developer with a passion for both basketball and computers. After completing my undergrad, I coached basketball, but the pandemic shut down most leagues. That gave me the opportunity to rediscover my love for computers. I've grown my skills by participating in the Collab Lab and being a part of the 100devs community, shaping me into the developer I am today.

I was fortunate to pursue my passion with the Lakers and now I'm looking forward to finding my next opportunity. In my free time, I enjoy making memories with my fiancée 👩‍❤️‍👨 , cooking delicious food 🍝 , and watching movies 🎥

Los Angeles Lakers

Finished my second season with the Lakers. My responsibilities included shipping production code and carrying out quality assurance tests. I developed responsive web pages based on Adobe XD designs and efficiently managed tasks across multiple projects within tight timelines. Additionally, I refactored legacy code to enhance the end-user experience, ensure compliance with modern standards, and meet NBA requirements.

Collab Lab

I contributed to the creation of a responsive Smart Shopping List web application. Working in an Agile team of four, we handled everything from understanding project requirements and design to coding, testing, and ongoing improvements. We used pair programming and code reviews for iterative enhancements and collaborated remotely under the guidance of experienced engineers.
